“From The Guttermost …To the Uttermost” is a true to life story of one woman’s courage against the worldly evils she was embodied with and her eventual “arrival” at peace and tranquility.  The main character is Deborah Jones, The Director of Happiness from Sprighill Dental Center, led by Dr. Byron Scott.

During the course of the book, Deborah sinks to the bottom of her proverbial depression pool.  She was hurled into depression due to years of agony resulting from her living situations, her continual need for alcohol, and the less than desirable people that it brought to her along the way.  After many attempts to bring herself out her “mess,” she reconciled that without help from The Lord, she would have never been able to set herself free from the chains of her iniquity.  One fine day, Deborah was given a message in the form of a leaflet that she interpreted to be a “message” from God to turn her life around and repent.  The message led her to a new church and the family she most adores today, Pastor Charles Shearer and his beloved family.  Pastor Shearer was the Pastor of the church in which she was baptized in Dayton, Ohio and is now working in Christ’s Glory at The Pentecostals of Saraland Church in Saraland, Alabama.
