Throughout this time, Deborah was not without sin or tribulation. Oh how the Great Temptor worked to destroy her faith and her sobriety. When the going got tough, Deborah got going! She would spend countless hours in prayer, study, and supplication to the Lord. It was her faith that has kept her alive.  It was her love of Christ that kept her faithful.

After The Shearer Family moved to Saraland, Alabama, Deborah was in a close tow to be near the people she considered her “family.” During her time in Alabama, Deborah has been the media focus of several newspapers, television syndicated programs, and civic functions. It was through The Mobile Press-Register’s feature of Deborah that brought her into contact with Dr. Byron Scott, owner of The Springhill Dental Center.  Over the course of the next few years, Deborah has thrived.  She is The Director of Happiness for The Springhill Dental Center and lives up to her title by bringing a bright smile into every conversation and lighting up the hearts of many people each day.

Deborah is active in her church community as well as being an active member in both The Mobile Chamber of Commerce and The Christian Professional Network.  She is a dedicated mother of three and devoted to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  One moment spent with Deborah is enough to have you fall in love with her for a lifetime to come.
